The Foundation has been a part of the Fortnite lore for several seasons. At this point, it has appeared in all three Chapters of the game. Finally, his long-awaited cosmetic set is available for players. One cosmetic we have all had our eyes on is the Foundation’s Mantle, which is a black cape that can be worn as back bling.
Note: This cosmetic is not available until Feb. 3, 2022.

Luckily, it’s not a complicated task to get it added to your inventory. Players can unlock it by completing specific quests given to them by The Foundation. The quest for Foundation’s Mantle is to Snipe an opponent with a Sniper Rifle while crouching.
The easiest way to do this is to join a Team Rumble match and move to the inner circle to set up camp before everyone else gets there. Find a Sniper of any kind as soon as possible, then build your way up to a tree (or a large hill/mountain) that has a good view of the area below you. From there, you can easily crouch and pick off the unsuspecting opponents below.
When you complete the task this way, it is best to do it outside the middle section of the circle. That way, you have a good view of all the opponents battling your teammates, but you stay out of the line of fire.
