To find the Scent Bag for the A Trekker’s Charm quest in Star Ocean: The Divine Force, you must go to Hallowed Mount Galca-Lemthas. Fast travel here and destroy the tail of the Ancient Chimera, and the Scent Bag will drop. The Ancient Chimera will only appear once you have accepted A Trekker’s charm quest.

- Quest Giver: Still Undaunted Explorer - Village of EdaDetails: Deliver material that wards off evil to a traveler in Eda Village. It is said to be a rare item that can only be extracted from the tail of a demon.Goal: Acquire a Scent Bag.
You can find the Still Undaunted Explorer to the left when entering the main gate of the Village of Eda. Speak with him to get the A Trekker’s Charm quest.
To complete A Trekker’s Charm quest in Star Ocean: The Divine Force, you must fast travel to Hallowed Mount Galca-Lemthas. The Ancient Chimera will be directly in front of you as you spawn. Usually, Flying Ice and other enemies will be in this place, but since you have A Trekker’s Charm quest, only the Ancient Chimera will spawn.
Aim for the tail and destroy it to acquire the Scent Bag, then kill the Ancient Chimera. Return to the Still Undaunted Explorer to complete the quest.
