You can get TM 030 Snarl from a TM machine in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet by defeating Team Star Dark Crew. Also, there are two locations you can find on the map in the South of Area one of the West province and to the South of the Watch Tower of Area One in the Eastern province.

Defeating Team Star Dark Crew.

Team Star Dark Crew is based just outside the Cascarrafa. You must defeat Grunt B, complete the Star Barrage challenge, and beat Giacomo. Once defeated, collect the TM 030 Snarl from a TM machine.

South of Area one of the West province

  • Start from the Pokemon Centre and take the path to the South.
  • Turn left from the first junction and again turn left near the cliff.
  • Go until you find glowing Red crystals, and the TM 030 Snarl will be under the rock near the crystal.

South of the Watch Tower of Area One in the Eastern province

  • Start from the Watchtower and go to the South.
  • Turn right near the cliff and go until you find a big tree to the left.
  • Jump off the cliff to the left and go to the tree.
  • You will see another tree down the cliff.
  • Go to that tree, and TM 030 Snarl is under that tree.
