Where to Find Veluza in Pokèmon Scarlet and Violet
Among several others, Veluza is one of the Generation IX Pokémon that is showing its face in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet for the first time. Because of this, there are loads of players who would absolutely love to track down this new Water/Psychic Type Pokémon for several different reasons. Veluza is fairly easy to find, as it spawns in quite a few different places throughout the Paldea Region. It can be found primarily in the Northwestern area of the Paldea Region. However, Veluza is a swimming Pokémon, so leveling another aquatic Pokémon is suggested.
For the most part, anywhere on the West side of the Paldea Region map is where you can locate Veluza to get yourself some Veluza Fillets. However, once you hit the Northwestern area of the map where Casseroya Lake is, you should have no problem finding Veluza, and its spawn are pretty heavy around there.
When you prepare to head out to local Veluza, it’s best to bring Pokémon with Electric Type, Grass Type, or Dark Type abilities. Also, be aware of the fact that Veluza is in no way shy and will charge you if it spots you!

Once you’ve found Veluza and defeated it or caught it, you will receive anywhere from 1-3 Veluza Fillets. Veluza Fillets can be used to craft TM 059 Zen Headbutt and TM 063 Psychic Fangs. So, as you can see, it’s fairly useful for you to farm Veluza Fillets in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, as both of these moves are pretty overpowered.
