You can hyper-train your Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet from NPC at Montenevera’s Pokemon Center, spending one Bottle Cap for each IV of your Pokemon or one Gold Cap to raise six IVs at once. Here are the steps you need to follow.

  • Go to the Pokemon Center of Montenevera and talk to the Hyper Training NPC. He is wearing a yellow coat, and on the top of his head is a message “Hyper Training! Get it here!”. So you will not easily miss him.
  • Select the Pokemon that you want to hyper-train.
  • Select what bottle caps you want to use (Gold or Silver)
  • Select which IV you wish to increase. Once you have selected everything, the Hyper Training NPC will perform the hyper Training for your Pokemon and increase its IVs.
