Forspoken is a fast-paced action game that was released a little while ago for PlayStation 5 and PC. The combat system of Forspoken is designed in such a way to encourage players to play offensively rather than defensively. Playing offensively will use stamina; as you progress through the game, the enemies will get more challenging and increase in number, which will take more stamina to defeat them all. So you need more stamina in the game, and here is how to increase stamina in Forspoken.

How to Increase Stamina in Forspoken

When you start the game and pass the tutorial and early stages, you will notice Frey has three stamina or parkour gauges. Each gauge has 100 points of stamina, which means you have a total of 300 stamina points at the start of the game.

Having more stamina in Forspoken means you will battle and perform more complex combos without worrying about stamina. This will come in handy as you progress through the game and unlock the areas with tougher enemies.

So increasing your stamina in Forspoken is quite simple; you have to progress through the main quests. As you complete the main quest line and defeat more enemies, the game will eventually give you more stamina gauges.

Without spoiling anything about the story of the game, you will receive four more stamina bars, which means at the end of the game, you will have around 700 stamina points. While at first, it might seem too much, once you reach the later sections of Forspoken, you will realize that without this much stamina, you wouldn’t be able to defeat most enemies.

The good thing is that you don’t have to clear a certain area or complete a series of unnecessary sidequests. This means you won’t miss out on any stamina upgrade as you progress through the game.
