To make Runeglass gems, you must first make a Runeglass Case. In short, all variants of Runglass gems will require a specific case to make them. For example, a Runeglass of Abyssal Diamond will require a Runeglass Case of Abyss, and a Runeglass of Sighted Diamond requires a Runeglass Case of Sight. 

You can make all variants of Runeglass Cases by gathering two types of specific glyphs. Depending on the case you want to make, you will need two sets of five different Glyphs. The following are all Glyphs required by all types of Runeglass Cases:

Alongside two sets of five Glyphs, you must gather the following resources:

  • 10 Charged Sand: You can obtain Charged Sandstone by farming small rocks in the Brimstone Sands region.Four Sulfur: You can farm Sulfur from Brimstone nodes.Three Ancient Glob of Ectoplasm: You can frame Ancient Glob of Ectoplasm from Grave offerings.

Once you have all the resources listed above, you can assemble whatever Runeglass Case you want inside of a Forge. However, before you can craft Runeglass Cases, you must be at least level 180 in Weaponsmithing.
